Pumpkin Works takes a regular cornfield
and
turns it into an exciting, heart racing,
and adventurous maze.
Corn Mazes are designed, planted and cut by Paul &
Sherry Staley.
We are sorry for the appearance of our corn
mazes
Our corn mazes this year have been
a victim of dry weather, heat, and deer. On July 2nd,
we had a storm that blew down corn in several places. Since July
2nd, we have had a total
of ¾" of rain. With the severe heat and no rain, the
corn is dying. The deer knocked corn
down to make beds to raise their fawns. They also ate quite a
lot of it. With all our
efforts to keep them out, the deer kept coming back.
We have opened up the paths for you,
but we couldn't do anything about the looks of it.
We hope you will still have a good
time!
Remember, Illinois is 1 hour behind
some Indiana Counties
